Processing and shipping times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days . Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Canada and United States: 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery.
International: 5 to 14 business days for standard delivery.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions and customs procedures.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the shipping method chosen:

Canada and United States:
- Standard: $9.99 CAD
- Express: $29.99 CAD

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)

Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more.

Order tracking

All our products are proudly created in Canada, in our partner laboratory located in Richmond, British Columbia.
Each order is carefully assembled before being shipped to you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow the progress of your package.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not included in the total order price.
