Refund Policy

At Eloria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we encourage you to carefully read our return and refund policy.

 

Eligible products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not refundable.
Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned, under certain conditions.

 

Time limit

You have 14 days following receipt of your order to report a problem or request a return.

 

Return procedure

  1. Write to us at info@eloria.ca indicating:

    • Your name

    • Your order number

    • The product concerned

    • The reason for return or dissatisfaction

  2. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund (or exchange, as applicable) will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

Ineligible products

  • Opened, used or damaged products

  • Gift cards

  • Products on final sale or labeled “final sale”

 

Important note

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or incorrect shipment).
